If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on orders@blockshop.co.za so that we can get it returned and replace.

 

Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.

 

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days (if not sooner!). Some of our products have longer lead times like our furniture items or frames (usually 1-2 weeks). Please note these lead times on the product description page. If you are unsure please call Anton on 0656265456. If you are in the Western Cape your product will take 1-2 day once shipped and elsewhere 3-4 working days.
